Ivermectin injection has a good anthelmintic effect on internal and external parasites, mainly internal nematodes and arthropods.
The expulsion rates of Haemonchus, Ostertagia, Cooperia, Trichostrongylus (including Trichostrongylus aegilis), Roundworm, Yangkou, Nematodirus, Trichostrongylus, Oesophagostomum, Dictyocaulus, and adult and fourth stage larvae of Charbert in sheep are 97% ~ 100%. It is also very effective against arthropods, such as fly maggots, mites, and lice.  Ivermectin is also extremely effective against ticks as well as flies propagated in feces, and although the drug does not immediately cause tick death, it can affect feeding, molting, and oviposition, thereby reducing reproductive capacity.
