Indication

 

Main ingredients: Metamizole sodium
Composition: 1ml solution contains 300mg metamizole sodium (analgin)
Appearance: This product is colorless to yellowish clear liquid.
Pharmacological action: Metamizole, or dipyrone, is a painkiller, spasm reliever, and fever reliever that also has anti-inflammatory effects. It is most commonly given by mouth or by injection. This product has significant antipyretic effect, strong analgesic effect, and certain anti-inflammatory and anti-rheumatic effects. There was no significant effect on gastrointestinal motility. Analgin is a compound that combines aminopyrine and sodium sulfite, which is easily soluble in water and acts quickly. Its antipyretic and analgesic effect is faster and stronger than aminopyrine. It has a significant antipyretic effect and a strong analgesic effect. The antipyretic effect is three times that of aminopyrine, and the analgesic effect is similar to aminopyrine. Analgin also has a strong anti-rheumatic effect, and has little gastrointestinal irritation, but it can cause other serious adverse reactions

Dosage And Administration

 

Analgin injection should not be used to avoid a sharp decrease in body temperature. It cannot be used in combination with barbiturates and phenylbutazone and can affect liver microsomal enzyme activity. The injection can inhibit the formation of prothrombin and aggravate bleeding tendency.

 

Action and use

 

Teratogenic effects have been shown for albendazole, cambendazole, oxfendazole and parbendazole, If these drugs are to be used in early pregnancy ,it must be for good reason and at the lowest recommended dosgae.

Dosage and administration

 

Intramuscular injection: a single dose, 10 ~ 33.3 ml for horses and cattle; 3.3 ~ 6.7 ml for sheep; 3.3 ~ 10 ml for pigs; 1 ~ 2 ml for dogs.

Precautions

 

It is not suitable for acupoint injection, especially for joint injection, otherwise it may cause muscle atrophy and joint dysfunction.

Withdrawal period

 

28 days for cattle, sheep and pigs; 7 days for milk withdrawal period.
