Description: Tiamulin is one of the top ten veterinary antibiotics, its antibacterial spectrum is similar to macrolide antibiotics, mainly anti-Gram-positive bacteria, Staphylococcus aureus, Chemicalbook, Mycoplasma, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, swine treponemal dysenterial and so on have strong inhibitory effect. The effect on mycoplasma was stronger than macrolides.
Tiamulin is rapidly absorbed in animals, with high blood concentration, wide distribution and low residue. It is mainly used in the prevention and treatment of chicken chronic respiratory diseases, Mycoplasma pneumonia, actinomycetes pleuropneumonitis and Chemicalbook body dysentery. When used in low doses, it can promote animal growth and improve feed utilization. The drug has been widely used in the world and is recommended as the drug of choice for the control of mycoplasma infection in pigs, with high market demand.

INDICATION
Tiamulin is a semi-synthetic derivative of Pleuromutilin. It is highly active against gram-positive organisms, mycoplasmas and serpulina (Treponema) hyodysenteriae.
Tiamulin is used for prevention and control of mycoplasmal diseases such as enzootic pneumonia and chronic respiratory disease in pigs and poultry; swine dysentery, porcine colonic spirochaetosis and porcine proliferative enteropathy.
It is used for prevention and treatment of chronic respiratory disease in chicken.
