Eprinomectin
Character: White to gray-white powder, with hygroscopicity.
This product is not only the most active broad-spectrum antiparasitic agent of avermectins, but also one of these products with the lowest distribution coefficient. It can highly prevent and cure parastic nematodes in seven kinds of cattle and sheep. It is very safe.
Indication: This product is a broad spectrum anti-parasite product. It is used for expelling parasites in the cow such as nematode in gastrointestinal tract, nematode in lung and epizoic parasites such as acarid, tick, louse, wrbles, mange mite.

Pharmacological actions
Eprinomectin has expelling effect on nematode and arthropod. Firstly it contributes to liberation of inhibitory neurotransmitter GABA from polypide and also contributes to openness of the chloridion channel controlled by glutamic acid to strengthen the permeability of neurilemma for chloridion and to forbid transferring nerve signal. Secondly it makes nerve paralyse and make muscles's cell lose shrinking power and finally it makes polypide die.
Storage: Store in a tight container at a dark and cool place, protected from light.
Finished preparations: Eprinomectin injection 1%, 2%, 4%; Eprinomectin pour-on solution 0.5%.
